
Midco Connections to Provide Customer Support Services for Meta Payment Systems
SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Sept. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Midco Connections is proud to announce that Meta Payment Systems has selected the Sioux Falls-based contact center to handle their customer support services.
Meta Payment Systems is a national leader in the pre-paid card industry, issuing gift cards, travel cards and re-loadable prepaid cards for customers throughout the country. "We've assembled a group of dedicated associates who will focus solely on customer service transactions for Meta Payment Systems customers," said Vice President of Midco Connections, Cordell Brooks.
The dedicated associates will assist Meta Payment customers with a full range of services, including providing account balances and transaction histories, setting and re-setting PINs, managing payments, and helping customers with lost or stolen cards, as well as answering questions and assisting with basic customer service needs.
As a PCI-DSS Level 1 Certified contact center, Midco Connections has met the strict security standards, policies and procedures necessary to process card transaction data. And, while Midco Connections will not be directly processing the banking data, the certification assures clients such as Meta Payment Systems that Midco will provide secure storage of customer and payment data.

Midco Connections will be opening a second operations center in Fargo in October 2011. The additional site will allow for further expansion of services as the company continues to serve clients throughout the country.
