TEL AVIV, Israel, March 6, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Elbit Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: EMITF) ("Elbit") announced today that Midroog Ltd., an affiliate of Moody's Investors Services, has ratified its rating of "A2/Negative", on a local scale, for all of Elbit's outstanding notes. In addition, the above mentioned credit rating was also ratified for expansion of existing debt of par value NIS 120 million. Elbit is examining the possibility of a future debt offering, but there is no certainty that any such debt offering will be executed.
Any future debt offering, if made, will be executed in Israel to residents of Israel only. Any debt instruments that may be offered will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from U.S. registration requirements.
