Midtown Doral Announces its First Retail Tenants

MIAMI, Sept. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Midtown Doral, a mixed-use project that combines residential, commercial and entertainment space in one stunning community, announces its first tenants to their roster of businesses, retail stores, shops, and restaurants. 

Capriccio's Restaurant and Value Rx Optical have joined the fast-growing dining, entertaining and retail selection at the soon-to-open retail shops at Midtown Doral. Like others, they were attracted to the concept of live, work and play appeal in a high-end residential community that attracts those looking for a metropolitan feel, as well as a sense of community.  

Our first restaurant, Capriccio offers a great dining experience. Patrons at Capriccio will be able to create their own salads or enjoy delicious Panini, pasta, risotto, veal or salmon carpaccio. After dinner, diners can kick back and delight in scrumptious deserts, as well as robust Italian espresso coffee in a pleasant and relaxed ambiance, perfect for the whole family. Capriccio caters to private and office events and offers delivery. This great restaurant is opening its third branch at Midtown Doral.

Simultaneously, Value Rx Optical will offer some of the finest eyeglasses and highly professional optical services to residents and customers that will come to shop at Midtown Doral. Value RX Optical has a great variety of fashion eyewear, carrying prestigious brands such as Prada, Rayban, Oakley and many more. This will be this national retailers' tenth store and its first store in the city of Doral.

Six months ago, Midtown Doral started the tenant selection process to develop the commercial and retail space. "We want to ensure that the chosen tenants are of the highest quality. We are currently in the process of signing new retailers and we are excited to announce them in the upcoming weeks. Midtown Doral residential units are selling at a fast pace, homeowners are excited to see the progress, businesses are joining in, and Phase I is expected to be completed by September 2016.
