Midrise Rental Community Represents Company's First Development in Utah

SALT LAKE CITY, March 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mill Creek Residential, a leading developer, owner-operator and investment manager specializing in premier rental housing across the U.S., today announced it has broken ground on Modera Marmalade, a contemporary midrise community in the 4^th West/Marmalade District of Downtown Salt Lake City.

Modera Marmalade, which will feature 359 homes, represents Mill Creek's first development within Utah.
