The community, slated to open late summer 2017, features 422 apartment homes and expansive views of the bay and the city. Located at 8215 SW 72^nd Avenue, Modera Metro Dadeland I is in close proximity to many of the area's primary thoroughfares, providing commuter-friendly access to various professional employment opportunities across the metropolitan area.
