Millennium Health Appoints Michael Keane as Chief Financial Officer
Keane brings over two decades of executive, financial leadership experience ranging from startups to Fortune 150 Companies
SAN DIEGO, June 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Millennium Health, a leading health solutions company, today announced the appointment of Michael Keane as chief financial officer. Keane will report directly to Chairman of the Board and CEO Ronald A. Rittenmeyer.
Keane brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive to Millennium Health, having worked for a variety of publicly traded and privately held technology-based companies, including those in the late venture capital stage and in the Fortune 150.

Most recently, Keane was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Genomatica, a leading industrial biotechnology company. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and board member at wind energy company Clipper Windpower, Inc., which sold to United Technologies Corporation. Keane previously held chief financial officer and executive positions with Computer Sciences Corporation, UNOVA, Inc., Western Atlas Inc., and Litton Industries after beginning his professional career as a certified public accountant for Price Waterhouse.
Keane holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Illinois State University and a master's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles' Anderson Graduate School of Management. Keane was inducted into the Illinois State University College of Business Hall of Fame in 2011. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
