Millennium Health Assembles New Board of Directors and Appoints New Chairman
New ownership, independent board appointments strengthens company after successful corporate restructure
SAN DIEGO, Jan. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Millennium Health, a leading health solutions company, today announced the appointment of Ronald A. Rittenmeyer as the new chairman of the board of directors, and the addition of two new outside directors, Eugene I. Davis and Stephen Gray, effective immediately. The additions of independent board members follow the successful financial restructuring and reorganization of the company in December 2015. Brock Hardaway, currently chief executive officer of Millennium Health, will also join the board as its fourth and only officer member.

About Ronald A. Rittenmeyer
Ron Rittenmeyer is the retired chairman, president and chief executive officer of Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Rittenmeyer also served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Expert Global Solutions, which he led through reorganization. Previously, he served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Safety-Kleen, Inc., which he successfully led through Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and into a successful reorganization. Among his other leadership roles, Rittenmeyer was CEO and president of AmeriServe; chairman, CEO and president of RailTex, Inc.; president and COO of Ryder TRS, Inc., a truck rental company; president and COO of Merisel; and COO of Burlington Northern Railroad. Rittenmeyer was also with PepsiCo's Frito Lay and PepsiCo's Foods International Divisions for 20 years in senior management roles. Rittenmeyer is currently on the board of directors of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), Tenet Healthcare Corporation, IMS Health Inc. and a director for Avaya Inc., a privately held company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and finance and a master's degree in business.
About Eugene I. Davis
Gene Davis is chairman and chief executive officer of PIRINATE Consulting Group, LLC, which he founded in 1999. During his tenure, he has worked extensively with businesses in the healthcare and medical technology industries. Davis held senior executive positions at Total-Tel USA Communications, Emerson Radio Corp. and Sports Supply Group prior to founding PIRINATE. He has served on numerous boards for companies, in various capacities. He holds a bachelor's degree in international politics, a master's degree in international law and organization, and a juris doctorate.
About Stephen Gray
Stephen Gray is a managing member of Gray & Company, with over forty years of experience leading the successful restructuring of companies. He previously led the Fiduciary Services Practice at Deloitte, and was a senior managing partner at CRG Partners, which Deloitte acquired in 2012. Prior to CRG, Gray founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of The Recovery Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering science, and was a master's level teaching fellow at Tufts University.
