Millennium HealthCare schedules opening of 2nd Vascular Surgical Facility

GARDEN CITY, N.Y., June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Millennium HealthCare Inc. (OTC Pink: MHCC) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Millennium Vascular Management Group has negotiated and executed a management & service agreement with a physicians group for the opening and management of the Company's 2nd  Vascular Surgical Facility in Central New Jersey.  The scheduled opening is projected to be in early July, 2012.

Millennium President Chris Amandola stated, "Millennium HealthCare's Vascular Practice Management team successfully launched our first vascular facility in Staten Island, New York in February 2012 and have been very pleased with the progress made in a short period of time.  Our experience with our initial facility has greatly assisted us in streamlining our planned facility expansion.  The new Central New Jersey vascular facility will be staffed with healthcare professionals specifically trained in the treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD).
