MIAMI BEACH, Fla., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Millennium Prime, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MLMN) announces the formation and appointment of the first member to its corporate Advisory Board. The board will provide valuable perspective and counsel to the executive team in the areas of market trends, strategic business development, and operations across our beverage, entertainment and future business divisions.

Paul J. Governale, Founder and Partner of East Coast Wine & Spirits LLC, has been appointed as the first member of the Advisory Board. East Coast Wine & Spirits is a marketing and brokerage service company, that develops and implements strategic plans to market and sell spirit brands, including Bong Spirit's Super Premium Vodka™  through distribution networks. Most recently, Paul was also the Director of North American sales for Cabana Cachaca LP, an Artesian spirits company that specializes in South American spirits. Paul brings experience across the whole beverage and alcohol sales industry, including marketing, finance, negotiation, distributor contracts, new product development, research, production, and forecasting.

Prior to the beverage industry, Mr. Governale had extensive experience on Wall Street with over 16 years of experience in both institutional sales and relationship management. Previous roles include being President of Whiteweld Trading LLC, an Institutional Trading Agency Trading Firm, as well as Senior Vice President of Whiteweld, Barrister & Brown, Inc., Director/Vice President of Prudential Securities, Inc. (special accounts division), Vice President of Paine Webber, Inc. (private client group), and Vice President of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter (wealth management).
