Miller Diversified Corporation Completes Name Change

HALLANDALE, Fla., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Miller Diversified Corporation (OTC: MILR) announced today the completion of its legal name change to "Vapor Corp." "The Company also announced today that its ticker symbol change from  "MILR" to "VPCO" will become effective for the trading community as of Wednesday, February 10, 2010.

On that date, the Company's shares of common stock shall trade on a split-adjusted basis under the new CUSIP number of 922099 106.

As a result of the Reverse Split, every two and one half shares of the Company that a stockholder owned were converted into one share of the Company.

The Company's transfer agent, Island Stock Transfer, will manage the exchange of pre-reverse stock split shares for post-reverse stock split shares. Shareholders may contact Island Stock Transfer for the exchange of their certificates representing pre-reverse stock split shares of common stock for new certificates of post-reverse stock split shares of common stock.  Stockholders who hold their shares in "street name" will be contacted by their banks or brokers with any relevant instructions.
