TORONTO, Jan. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Miller Tabak Roberts Securities, LLC ("MTR") today announced that it has been renamed GMP Securities, LLC following its acquisition by Toronto-based GMP Capital Inc. ("GMP") (TSX: GMP) in September 2011. The name change, which is effective immediately, follows a successful integration process and will be reflected in all marketing and communications, including a new website at www.gmpsecuritiesllc.com.
