NEW YORK and WASHINGTON, Oct. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Millstein & Co., a financial advisory firm that develops solutions for complex corporate and public finance problems, today announced that it has substantially increased the capabilities of its sovereign advisory business with the hiring of two Managing Directors, Jill Dauchy and Ashley Winston.
Ms. Dauchy brings nearly twenty years of experience in emerging markets advising sovereign governments and state-owned corporations on wide range of issues relating to financing, including raising funds in the market, liability management, debt restructuring and infrastructure finance. She has advised over a dozen countries throughout Europe, Asia and Africa.
Mr. Winston is an economist with over 20 years of experience in macroeconomic policy analysis, economic modeling and forecasting, and sovereign advisory. Mr. Winston has worked with governments in Asia-Pacific, the Americas, the Middle East and Europe, and has assisted a number of US Federal Government agencies, congressional committees and inter-agency policy teams on a wide range of economic policy issues.

Ms. Dauchy began her career at UBS as a member of its well-known sovereign advisory team in London, a legacy of its acquisition of S.G. Warburg & Co., and more recently was a founding partner of a dedicated sovereign advisory boutique. Ms. Dauchy holds a M.B.A. from the Wharton School and a M.A. from the Lauder Institute, both from the University of Pennsylvania, and earned a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is fluent in French and Russian.
Mr. Winston's previous roles include Senior Research Fellow with the Centre of Policy Studies, an extended resident advisory position with the US International Trade Commission, Deputy Chief Economist and Managing Director of Macroeconomic Advisory at KPMG US, and Chief Economist and Director of the Macroeconomic Advisory team with KPMG Australia. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees (both with honors) and a PhD from Monash University, Australia.
