Minacs Recognized as Mazda North America's 2011 Top Performing Supplier

DETROIT, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Aditya Birla Minacs, a global business solutions company (subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo), has been named Mazda North American Operations' (MNAO) 2011 Top Performing Supplier.

For 13 years, Minacs has served MNAO, supporting several lines of business including vehicle sales, vehicle service, parts sales, incentives, loyalty and retention and developed a long-standing, trusted partnership.

Since 2007, MNAO vendors have been invited to participate in Mazda's Supplier Performance Evaluation survey and Minacs has been a participant since the inception of this evaluation process.  The purpose of the evaluation is to continue to provide MNAO departments and suppliers a mechanism for communicating perceived supplier performance and identifying areas for improvement. Minacs was a previous recipient of the award in 2008.

Minacs' overall score was an impressive 4.64 out of 5.
