Mindpix Corporation Announces Changes to the Board of Directors and Leadership Team

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Mindpix Corporation (OTC Pink: MPIX) (the "Company" or "MPIX") announces today the resignation of Roxanna Weber as Chairman of the Board for MPIX. The company has also accepted the resignation of Mary Waldman as Chief Operating Officer and Director on the Board of MPIX. The Company's Board of Directors would like to thank Mrs. Weber and Ms. Waldman for all their dedication and respective contributions to the Company.

The Company's Board of Directors has appointed Wayne Kalish to serve as Chief Financial Officer as well as Director on the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Kalish brings over 25 years of financial experience as a Certified Public Accountant working for top-tier companies such as Tavistock Corporation, Darden Inc., and KPMG. Mr. Kalish will provide both operational and programmatic support to MPIX. He will supervise the Treasury, Finance, Accounting and Public Company Compliance/Fiduciary disciplines, and will be the chief financial spokesperson for the Company. He will assist on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to the business model development and maintenance, budget management, cost benefit analysis, and forecasting needs. Ms. Diaz has worked with branding public and private corporations such as Morgans Hotel Group, Menin Hotels, Inc., Dolce&Gabbana, Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation (DCOTA), iStar Residential, and Chanel S.A., to name a few.
