The goal of this year's Technology Purchasing Survey was to discover IT purchasing patterns and technology trends and was distributed to over six hundred ILTA member law firms worldwide which employ fifty or more attorneys. The survey yielded one of the highest participation rates in its seven year history. This forty-three question survey also included an unsolicited request for the names of legal technology vendors who provide exceptional customer support to their clients.
