Athena's acquisition of Kids 50 - Yo Gabba Gabba! contemplates the assignment of the Licensing Agreement for exclusive use of the "Yo Gabba Gabba" trademark in the beverage category from DHX Media, Ltd. The Yo Gabba Gabba! brand consists of a tremendously popular Nick. Jr. show, the Yo Gabba Gabba! live tour and robust consumer products including Kids 50 - Yo Gabba Gabba! juice.

Kids 50 - Yo Gabba Gabba! gives parents a healthy and convenient alternative that kids love as much as traditional juice boxes. It has 50% less sugar and calories than standard juice blends, and Kids 50 - Yo Gabba Gabba! has zero artificial sweeteners, preservatives or additives.
