Dr. Suvannavejh has had a long, distinguished career in healthcare equity research that began in 2001. Prior to joining MLV & Co., he was a senior publishing analyst covering specialty pharmaceuticals at Jefferies. He was also a senior publishing analyst covering the biotechnology sector at UBS, where he began his tenure there as an associate analyst on a large cap pharmaceuticals team that consistently ranked among the leaders in the sector, according to Institutional Investor magazine. Prior to UBS, Dr. Suvannavejh was an associate analyst on the large cap pharmaceuticals team at CIBC World Markets. He began his professional career as a healthcare investment banker at JPMorgan. He holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Northwestern University, and an M.S. in Physiology and a B.S. in Biology, both from Georgetown University.
