MLV & Co. Financial, LLC Announces Strategic Partnership with Crow Point Partners

NEW YORK, July 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MLV & Co. Financial, LLC ("MLV") announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Crow Point Partners, pursuant to which it has acquired a passive, non-voting interest in the asset manager, who currently has approximately $1 billion in assets under its management. The investment is intended to fund new product development in closed and open end funds, ETFs, and other managed investment strategies by Crow Point.
