MLV Expands REIT Research Team with Experienced Office, Industrial, and Data Center REIT Analyst

Mr. Petersen will work closely with Ryan Meliker, MLV's Senior REIT Analyst, and Zach Tanenbaum, Mortgage REIT Analyst, and will spearhead coverage of Office, Industrial, and Data Center REITs.

Mr. Petersen has over five years of experience covering the REIT sector. Prior to joining MLV & Co., Mr. Petersen was a Senior Associate on the REIT Equity Research Team at Jefferies Group where he focused on the Office, Industrial, and Data Center REIT sectors. Prior to joining Jefferies, Mr. Petersen worked as an Associate Analyst on REIT research teams at Macquarie Securities and UBS. Throughout Mr. Petersen's career he has spent time covering most REIT sectors, but maintained a focus on Office, Industrial, and Data Center REITs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University - Idaho and is pursuing the CFA designation.
