MobileMD Announces Deployment of eShare™; Helps PinnacleHealth Achieve 'Meaningful Use'

WARMINSTER, Pa., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- MobileMD, Inc. and Pinnacle Health System in Harrisburg, Pa., today announced the deployment of MobileMD's eShare™ module, which allows healthcare professionals to securely collaborate, via the Internet, through the electronic exchange of messages and clinical documentation of all types.  The new module enhances PinnacleHealth's ability to facilitate key aspects of meaningful use by offering secure electronic messaging to the entire healthcare community, supporting providers with implemented electronic medical records (EMR) and those that have yet to implement EMR technology.

• Use form templates with standard data elements to create new messages or add to existing message threads; and
• Populate practice/group patient charts sent from other HIE participants automatically.
