Molded Fiber Glass Promotes Three Key Leaders to Senior Vice President Positions
Promotions of Peter Emrich, Dennis Vorse and David M. Giovannini Bring Strong Development, Sales and Operations Expertise to Key MFG Markets
ASHTABULA, Ohio, March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Molded Fiber Glass Companies (MFG) announced today that it has promoted three executives, Peter Emrich, Dennis Vorse and David M. Giovannini to senior vice president positions, reporting to President/CEO Richard Morrison.
The company, a pioneer in the field of reinforced plastics and composites, is recognizing the strong leadership and deep management experience that all three leaders have brought to the MFG business segments they oversee.

Emrich has been promoted to senior vice president of technology at MFG Research Company, where he has spent the last 14 years guiding his group into a distinctive, industry-leading technology resource. The MFG Research team works with various MFG entities to discover innovative solutions that improve products and processes and to pioneer new applications for composites. In 2012, Emrich received the prestigious Hall of Fame award from the American Composites Manufacturing Association, which recognized his outstanding career contributions to the composites industry.
Vorse has been promoted to senior vice president overseeing MFG Construction Products, MFG Water Treatment Products, MFG Union City, MFG Southeast and the MFG Lamination Group. In addition to his general management responsibilities, he will be guiding and coordinating business capture efforts for custom, open mold applications. An MFG veteran, Vorse has served as vice president and general manager of MFG Union City in Pennsylvania for the last seven and a half years. Prior to that, he worked at three different MFG subsidiaries for more than 10 years.
Giovannini has been promoted to senior vice president of MFG Wind where he will have full responsibility for all wind group operations, including MFG South Dakota, MFG Alabama, MFG Texas, MFG West and MFG Energy Services (formerly Wind Energy Services Company). MFG Wind was launched in mid-2012 as a new MFG brand that provides high-quality, comprehensive composite resources to the wind energy industry. Giovannini joined MFG in 2010 as general manager of MFG South Dakota.
