The new camera features live HD streaming and event recording, garage door control1, night vision, and dual-band Wi-Fi compatibility. The Momentum Wi-Fi garage camera is available now at Walmart.com and local Walmart stores for $99.88.
The Wi-Fi garage camera attaches to the bottom of a garage door opener2 and allows users to live stream HD video on the Momentum mobile app for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. The app features an easy-to-use, tile-based interface with two-way talk capability. By designating "Rules" users receive mobile alerts when motion and audio are detected in specified timeframes, and consumers can also choose to automatically record video to capture any activity in their garage.
The Momentum Wi-Fi garage camera, along with all Momentum Wi-Fi home cameras work from the same mobile app, as well as other home-based consumer electronics from NEST.
