A company spokesperson stated, "We have received inquiries as to why we never participated in the April 9 Business Expo and Shareholder Conference hosted by Mina Mar Group. The reason is that we were never invited as we understand only public client companies of Mina Mar Group participate in that event. While we do seek consulting advice with them from time to time, and apart from us receiving updates from them re various slander lawsuits, being lobbied to rescind our previously announced reverse split; that is the extent of the relationship.

The company went through an operational reorganization in the past couple of months, with the acquisition of the China based operations from GoIp Global, which has breathed new life in MONA and the management willingness to report back to its followers. We have assessed our priorities and the company is back at work, seeking to bring MONA back on the boards, the spotlight and to give shareholders what they deserve - the value of a solid, strong company. We are currently assessing a number of solid business proposals and we see some with a true potential to grow. A couple of new acquisitions and new business opportunities are in our pipeline of our China operations now, China's economy is back to the full recovery mode now, we can't wait to get back on that board and down to business."
