Monique Burris' 'Where Oh Where Is Blue' Takes Young Readers on an Illustrated Adventure of Love and Imagination

Monique Burris has been writing for more than 30 years. Although she has pursued many paths in life, writing has remained a constant. As a mother and grandmother, Ms. Burris has passed her values on to the next generation as she impressed upon them the importance of reading and learning.
