MINNEAPOLIS, July 8 /PRNewswire/ -- mono continues to grow.
mono, the award-winning Minneapolis-based creative branding and advertising agency, today announced that Tracy Tabery-Weller will join mono as the first broadcast/integrated producer.
The move comes as mono continues expanding its broadcast, digital and non-traditional initiatives for clients.
Tabery-Weller will help push both creative and technological boundaries in those efforts, said mono co-founder Michael Hart.
"I think we're at an exciting point in our growth history — we're embarking on some pretty significant initiatives," Hart said. "We needed someone who can help us think bigger, invent and problem-solve for things that have never been done before. Tracy is all of that."
Her experience will certainly help.
Prior to joining mono, Tabery-Weller was a senior integrated producer with Carmichael Lynch, where she worked on broadcast and digital campaigns for brands including Harley-Davidson, Subaru and Redfeather Snowshoes.
"We see in Tracy someone who flourishes in both realms – from big TV productions to nontraditional platforms," Hart said.
Tabery-Weller has also done work for the FX Network and independent production for mono. Prior to that, she was an Associate Producer at Fallon, Minneapolis.
"It's exciting to work with people as talented as everyone at mono," Tabery-Weller said. "The creative here is off the charts. It's always outside the box."
The addition of Tabery-Weller marks a year of substantial growth for mono. In addition to its work for brands like Apple and Herman Miller, the company recently formed new relationships with marquee brands including Rolaids and General Mills. Due to this growth, the company will continue to add more positions in the near future.
"We always talk about what we produce in terms of 'simplicity.' The ideas are simple, but the production is anything but," Hart said. "There's no real playbook how to do some of what we will be doing. Tracy is going to help us write it."
