GARLAND, Texas, July 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Garland TX based Monster Moto LLC has filed suit (Docket Number 3:14-CV-02625) against APT MotoVox Frozen Food Group Inc. d/b/a MotoVox ("MTVX") and its affiliate APT IP Holdings, LLC for declaratory judgment of patent invalidity and non-infringement, common law business disparagement, tortious interference with contract, tortious interference with business expectancy, false advertising under the Lanham Act, and common law unfair competition.

Monster Moto is bringing this action to recover damages caused by MotoVox's conduct as it relates to their frivolous claim of patent infringement and their tortious contacts with Monster Moto customers.  Simply put, as the attached photographs show, there is no design patent infringement.
