Monster and kununu announced the joint venture in February to bring much-needed greater employer transparency to the U.S. market.

Employers can engage with candid employee reviewers, giving a company 48 hours advanced notice before a review is posted to their page, allowing the company to compose a thoughtful response before followers hear about it.
