
NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Montroy Andersen DeMarco (MADGI) announced today that Marvin H. Meltzer, AIA has joined the firm as a principal. A true icon and pioneer in the New York architecture world with a career spanning more than 40 years, Meltzer redefined New York City's affordable housing market beginning in the 1980s. He joins MADGI to expand the firms residential new building studio, mentor junior staff, and overall, expand Montroy Andersen DeMarco's experience and clients within the areas of new construction, design and architecture.

Alongside his former partner, David Mandl, who passed away in 2007, Meltzer founded the firm Meltzer/Mandl, Architects P.C. in 1995.

Montroy Andersen DeMarco, based in New York City, is one of the city's premier architecture firms, specializing in architecture, interior design, new construction, consulting and landlord services. The firm was founded in 1990 by Daniel Montroy and Steven Andersen, and added its third principal Richard DeMarco in 2005.
