Focus13 was held at the San Diego Convention Center from August 18 to August 21, where independent wealth management firms from all over the nation gathered to discuss and share best practices and resources to grow and improve their businesses.

As a featured speaker at Focus13, Armstrong discussed how he and his business partners shaped Monument Wealth Management's corporate culture to achieve higher satisfaction and productivity for their clients, employees, and themselves, bringing them to achieve recognition in Research Magazine's article, "A Cool Place to Work," and achieving a spot on the Washington Business Journal list of "2013's Best Places to Work."

In a second session at Focus13, Armstrong shared how Monument Wealth Management utilizes SalesForce.com to run and track all aspects of the firm, ultimately creating a smooth transfer of information and workflows throughout the company.
