Chris Moody, owner of Moody Pacific has brought his concept over to Hawaii. His practice mainly consists of two offerings: Live Your Paradise and a program specifically designed for high performing aspiring, current, and former professional athletes. Both programs help take clients into uncomfortable territory, pushing them outside of their normal everyday lives and into places that inspire and foster growth. "If you're looking for someone to tell you how great you are, these programs aren't necessarily for you," Moody said. "My team and I are looking to push you outside your comfort zone to see what makes you tick. We want to find out what it will take to get you to live your version of paradise."
There are two options to pursue the "Live Your Paradise" program. One is to meet face to face in Hawaii on a beach to put together a strategy session to outline what your paradise could look like. The other is to meet over the phone. From there the client has the option to work together for eleven more sessions. In these sessions parts of your life such as what you do for work, relationships, your life as a parent, finances, spirituality, and others will be covered with the intent of having the client take on new outlooks and find the sweet spot that makes Monday look as attractive as Friday. Our athlete program is rooted in something called Core Performance Dynamics that takes into account a variety of influencers and disciplines that really shape how an athlete performs in and away from their respective sport.
