Moore, Schulman, & Moore Proves Once Again Its Attorneys Are San Diego's Top Family Law Experts.

SAN DIEGO, June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Top Attorney nominations are in for 2013 and Certified Family Law Specialist Peggy Moore and Erik Moore are among the finalist for The Daily Transcript Top Attorney Award in the Family Law category.  According to The Daily Transcript more than 1,100 nominees were submitted for the award.  Ms. Moore and Mr. Moore are no strangers to accolades. Mr. Moore won the Top Attorney Award in 2011 and Ms. Moore won the award in 2009.  Both attorneys have been named San Diego Super Lawyers for the past four years. Ms. Moore was nominated as one of the top 25 women attorneys in San Diego in 2011.

Peggy Moore is a founding member of Moore, Schulman, & Moore, APC. For the past three decades Ms. Moore has dedicated herself to Family Law. She has served as a Family Law Settlement Conference Judge in San Diego since 1995.  Ms. Moore has also served as a Court appointed Minor's Counsel.  Moore has given her own time to volunteer in the Domestic Violence Clinic and has been a member of Voices for Children.

Erik Moore has been guiding people through the divorce process for almost two decades.  During that time, he has served as a Family Settlement Conference Judge for 12 years and a Judge Pro Tem for seven years.  Moore is also a Court appointed contempt counsel and formerly a Court appointed counsel under the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act. He has had the honor of serving on the Family Law Advisory Committee for the California State Bar.  Being involved in his community is important for Mr. Moore. For the past two years he has served as President of Fresh Start Surgical gifts. He is working to take the program nationwide.
