DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Aug. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- It's time to gear up for cold weather and hot gadgets at Pepcom's annual Holiday Spectacular! tech demo event on Sept. 20th in New York.

More than 80 companies have already signed up for Holiday Spectacular!, including technology leaders such as Canon, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Motorola, Nikon, Samsung, and Sony. The event is expected to be completely sold out soon.

"We welcomed about 450 press last year at Holiday Spectacular! in search of the latest products to include in their holiday coverage and gift guides, and we expect another record turnout this year," said Chris O'Malley, a partner at Pepcom. "In a difficult economy, being at the right event with the right media is all the more important."

Holiday Spectacular! is the country's biggest and most popular holiday preview event, attracting many of the industry's leading companies to mingle with an invitation-only audience of journalists and analysts. This exclusive event takes place Thursday, September 20th. The attending press will receive on-the-spot demos of the newest tablets, laptops, smartphones, TVs, videogames, cameras, GPS devices, toys and more, from dozens of the world's leading companies.
