Video and mobile streaming and sideloading, as well as mobile metrics and analytics, among the solutions being demonstrated to industry players at IBC2011
IBC2011, AMSTERDAM, Sept. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Morega Systems, a developer of content portability solutions, will demonstrate its premium content portability technology platform in select partner stands at the IBC2011 Conference in Amsterdam. IBC2011 takes place September 9-13, 2011 at the RAI Amsterdam conference centre.
Morega and its recently announced technology partner, NDS, will demonstrate a secure set-top-box video sideloading solution based on Morega's multi-screen technology and NDS' VideoGuard Connect™ DRM at the NDS stand, 1.A71.
Morega's video silicon partner ViXS will also showcase solutions based on Morega's technology at its stand, 5.A12. The demonstrations will feature set-top boxes (STBs), network attached storage (NAS) devices, and televisions that have integrated ViXS' latest multimedia system-on-chip technology.
Morega will demonstrate multi-screen content portability and TV Everywhere solutions geared towards pay TV operators, content programmers and consumer electronics vendors. These include:
- Secure video streaming and sideloading to mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
- Secure mobile streaming and sideloading applications for smartphones, tablets, and PCs
- Mobile metrics and analytics system with Web-based user interface and reports generation
- Back-office device and user domain authentication, registration, and management
- Content security, including encryption key management, content binding, and DTCP-IP across multiple platforms (embedded Linux, iOS, Android, Mac OS, Windows)
