NEW YORK, Oct. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC today assigned preliminary ratings to the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transaction Hudson's Bay Simon JV Trust 2015-HBS, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2015-HBS (Hudson's Bay Simon JV Trust 2015-HBS). The collateral supporting Hudson's Bay Simon JV Trust 2015-HBS consists of a single, componentized, fixed- and floating-rate, interest-only mortgage loan secured by the borrower's fee simple and leasehold interests in 34 retail properties. The preliminary ratings are based on information known to Morningstar as of Oct. 21, 2015.
