Mortgage Contracting Services Names Ken Scheller Vice President of Operations
Mortgage servicing, consumer finance veteran oversees Ruston, La., operations center
PLANO, Texas, April 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections and REO property maintenance to the financial services industry, has named Ken Scheller as the company's vice president of operations. He will oversee MCS' Ruston, La., operations center, strategic initiatives and business system analytics.
Before joining MCS, Scheller served as senior vice president of default servicing at Bank of America, where he oversaw operations and support for collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure referral and vendor management. Scheller's work during more than 13 years in the mortgage services industry includes his prior role as a vice president at General Electric, where he led that company's consumer finance and mortgage servicing efforts.
Scheller is a three-time Pinnacle Leadership Award winner and has a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from General Electric. He also participated in Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac advisory groups with Bank of America. Scheller earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
