Motto Mortgage Vision Now Open in Chicago

CHICAGO, Feb. 20, 2019  /PRNewswire/ -- Motto Mortgage, an innovative mortgage brokerage franchise focused on transparency and compliance, has a new office in the Windy City. Motto Mortgage Vision is now open in downtown Chicago and serving all markets throughout Illinois.

Established by Anthony McCallahan an entrepreneur and mortgage broker with more than 18 years' experience in all aspects of the mortgage industry, Motto Mortgage Vision is a customer-first, full-service mortgage brokerage.

"Motto Mortgage Vision offers an advantageous alternative to the traditional mortgage bankers currently operating in Chicago," said McCallahan. "We provide the scope, scale and support of a large retail lender, while offering the flexibility, autonomy and exceptional service of a local mortgage broker."

McCallahan, originally from Michigan, has been calling Chicago home for more than 15 years and is excited to serve clients in the Chicagoland area, but also in Michigan, Tennessee and Florida, where the Motto Mortgage Vision office team is also licensed.

"I have worked in the lending space for the bulk of my career and the industry is changing fast. The cost to produce a loan is increasing. I have seen lenders go out of business. The lending landscape is currently moving from banks and retail lenders, back to brokers. Which, is what made the decision to purchase my Motto Mortgage franchise a no brainer. Motto Mortgage Vision has access to some of the best loan products on the market, which allow us to offer our clients better pricing and lower costs," said McCallahan.

Loan originators in the Motto Mortgage network have access to competitive loan options from various wholesale lenders, and work hard to give homebuyers options – because no loan is one-size-fits-all. A loan originator with Motto Mortgage Vision can be reached at (312) 767-9239.

Each Motto Mortgage franchise is independently owned, operated and licensed.
