Move, Inc. Expands Industry Leadership as Cofano, Damon and Pigman Assume Key Roles

(NASDAQ:MOVE) announces the appointment of veteran industry executives Russ Cofano, Rhett Damon and Max Pigman to key leadership roles within the organization. The appointments further strengthen the company's position as the premier provider of real estate information and services to the industry, and foster deeper connections with Move's agent, broker and Association affiliates and their related organizations.  Move operates realtor.com®, the leader in providing consumers with the most accurate* U.S. residential listings on mobile devices and online, as well as an array of tailored Software as a Service (SaaS) business solutions for real estate professionals, and a network of housing resources for consumers at all stages in life.

Twenty-five-year industry veteran Russ Cofano has joined Move as senior vice president of industry relations, to develop strategy and create and execute business plans that further the company's open communications with the industry's leading companies and trade organizations as well as the technology sector.  Rhett Damon has been appointed vice president, industry relations for Move, to oversee all Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and association customer engagement for ListHub, the industry's premier provider of managed listing distribution and online marketing analytics.  And Move's national spokesperson, Max Pigman, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief ambassador, responsible for fostering the relationships he has developed during his 15-year tenure speaking with industry audiences and leadership in small and large-scale venues across the United States.

As senior vice president for industry relations, Cofano serves a critical role in communicating with the real estate industry, the broader technology community, and the media to strengthen the position of Move businesses and realtor.com® within real estate and related leading companies and trade groups. Cofano will work closely with Glass in developing and implementing the strategies that will ensure the strongest relationships between Move and the agents, brokers, franchises, Associations and MLSs it serves.

Cofano brings experience in real estate business management, technology and counsel capacities. He most recently served as chief executive officer for the Missouri REALTORS®, one of the largest trade associations in the state of Missouri, responsible for assisting the elected leadership in developing long-term strategy for the Association and for guiding Association staff in its implementation. He previously served as vice president and general counsel for John L. Scott Real Estate, consistently ranked as one of the largest real estate brokerage companies in the nation;  advisor for the Washington Association of REALTORS®, the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors and many other local REALTOR® Boards; counsel to MLSs  and a recognized author and speaker on MLS and intellectual property issues; a key contributor to important real estate legislation in the State of Washington including Washington's law on real estate agency;  CEO of a real estate CRM technology startup and in a senior counsel and business development role for a publicly traded data security technology company.

As vice president of industry relations, Damon is responsible for developing and implementing programs to engage with and secure new MLS relationships for the ListHub platform and for directing and overseeing relationships with existing ListHub MLS customers. Damon also will be responsible for establishing deeper relationships with the leading brokerage companies utilizing the ListHub platform.

Damon currently serves as vice president of Realtor® relations for mortgage company Guaranteed Rate, where he is responsible for building, strengthening and expanding relationships with real estate agents and brokerages across the country to increase purchase loan leads and referrals.  He previously served in strategic development and executive roles for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a respected group of leading brokerages in over 40 countries; and HomeFinder which powers real estate search for more than 375 newspapers across the country. He is a former licensed real estate broker/agent in Illinois and Texas.

As senior vice president and chief ambassador, Pigman is responsible for furthering the company's longstanding relationship with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the more than 800 MLS organizations it serves, as well as strengthening relationships with key affiliates throughout the real estate industry.
