Starting March 16th-22nd at Ananda Cottages, located in the cool tranquil hills just outside the village of Ubud, the marriage of sound, song & dance will support healing from the core outward with Wake Up & Roar: Finding your Voice, Dancing your Dance, and Singing your Song. Sounding, singing and dancing are amongst the oldest spiritual practices on the planet, continuing to this day to weave the fabric of community life in tribes and villages. The Fourth Annual Bali Spirit Festival will take place in Ubud from March 23-27, 2011. Be a part of something that will change our world! The 28 day residential Esalen® Massage Certification begins March 27th. The first two weeks will be at Mimpi - an eco-resort with mineral hot spring baths located on the northwest coast of Bali, and for the final two weeks we will return to the beautiful Ananda Cottages. This unique form of bodywork has been developed over the last 50 years at Esalen Institute, Big Sur, CA. Esalen Massage is known for its long, integrating strokes, and for creating deep relaxation that supports the body/mind's natural ability to self-heal.
