The Marinade & Serving Caddy features FLIP & FLAVOR™, a universal locking lid that allows both sides of foods to be marinated with a flip of a tray. Marinating waves allow the marinade to flow around all parts of the meat, not just the bottom. The three-piece set, which includes marinade and serving trays as well as the locking lid, is a simple way to marinate and store foods in the refrigerator for later use, and then to serve and store grilled foods.

The trays are easily identified with "marinade" and "grilled" markings to avoid cross contamination of raw and cooked foods. In addition, dry erase markers can be used on a tray to note the name of the dish, the time and day the food was put in the marinade, or when the stored leftovers were first cooked. Foods with acids, alcohol or salt should be marinated no more than two hours; meat left in the tray too long can start to chemically "cook."
