IFBB PRO Bikini Competitor and Health & Fitness Mentor Cheryl Spangler is shaking things up with her Mind, Body & Soul movement and FB Livecasts and her mission to raise money for the wounded warrior foundation. The competition for the cover of Muscle and Fitness HERS Magazine awards the winner a 2-page spread, the title of Ms Health and Fitness 2018 and $20,000. Donations to those competing for this magazine cover go to the Wounded Warrior Foundation, whose mission is to provide financial assistance and support to our injured United States military veterans by building and remodeling handicap accessible homes to suit their individual needs one wounded warrior at a time.
Cheryl Spangler is a longtime advocate of the Wounded Warrior Foundation and helping veterans with their home needs, which made this cover competition extra important to her. Cheryl, a Real Estate Professional since 2002 and former Broker / Owner of multiple real estate franchises in the Northern Virginia area has been celebrated for her contribution in giving discounts for her real estate services to HEROS, including military vets, fireman, police, first responders and school teachers.
Aspiring for the Bikini Olympia stage, Cheryl Aligned herself with Dan Eslinger, a wounded Vet himself of the 101st Airborne division who was wounded in a roadside bombing, was honorably discharged from the Army with a purple heart award and turned his passion for body building into a business, D4 Muscle Fit.
