CHICAGO, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Muinzer, a vertically integrated student housing investment and management platform, alongside an affiliate of Chicago-based Walton Street Capital, today announced the disposition of Grant Street Station and South Street Station, two student housing communities totaling 364 beds adjacent to Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Randall Calvert of TSB Realty served as exclusive broker for the transaction.

The transaction marks the successful execution of a five-year business plan in two years, driven by the strength of the Muinzer and Walton Street Capital partnership and disciplined execution.
