Munchkin Announces Investment by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan

NORTH HILLS, Calif., April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Munchkin, Inc., designer and manufacturer of clever infant and toddler products, today announced that the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan ("Teachers'") has acquired a significant minority stake of common stock in the company.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
