Music City Food + Wine Festival Tickets on Sale

NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GRAMMY-Award winning artists Kings of Leon, world-renowned chef Jonathan Waxman of Adele's, Vector Management's Ken Levitan and Andy Mendelsohn, and C3 Presents (whose festival production credentials include Austin City Limits Music Festival, Lollapalooza, and Austin FOOD & WINE Festival), are pleased to announce the second annual Music City Food + Wine, September 20-21, 2014. On Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21, the Festival will bring together acclaimed national chefs and superstars of Nashville's local culinary scene. Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, the Festival features over 30 cooking demonstrations and panel discussions; Tasting Sessions; Grand Taste tents offering food, wine and cocktail samples from local and regional artisans; and Harvest Night, which brings together signature dishes from world-renowned chefs with live musical performances, curated by Kings of Leon.

Harvest Night:
At Saturday night's signature event at Walk of Fame Park, Harvest Night, attendees will have the opportunity to sample signature dishes from award-winning chefs while experiencing live performances, curated by Kings of Leon, showcasing Nashville's legendary music scene. Featured chefs include: Sean Brock; Ashley Christensen; Tyler Florence; Amanda Freitag; Michael Hudman & Andy Ticer; Mike Lata; Tim Love; Masaharu Morimoto; Aaron Sanchez; Alon Shaya; Frank Stitt; Michael Symon; Levon Wallace; Jonathan Waxman; and Andrew Zimmern.  Musical guests will be announced summer 2014.

Grand Taste:
Featuring different chefs and restaurants on Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21, the Grand Taste tents at Public Square Park will give attendees the opportunity to meet some of the city's top chefs, while sampling dishes from a diverse line-up of restaurants, including Kahlil Arnold; Roderick Bailey; Matt Bolus; Carey Bringle; Tyler Brown; Larry Carlile; Trey Cioccia; Daniel Dillingham & George Harvell; Lisa Donovan; Matt Farley; Jay Flatley; Sarah Gavigan; Robert Grace; Josh Habiger; Hal M. Cooking Demonstrations:
Throughout the weekend, attendees will have the opportunity to get up close and personal as top chefs offer interactive and engaging cooking demonstrations, including: Ashley Christensen, Tyler Florence, Amanda Freitag, Mike Lata, Tim Love, Masaharu Morimoto, Aaron Sanchez, Michael Symon, Jonathan Waxman, Trisha Yearwood, and Andrew Zimmern.  The schedule and full list of cooking demonstrations will be released in June.

Panel Discussions:
Listen in as the festival's chefs, wine and spirits experts have dynamic conversations during a series of intimate and interactive panel discussions, ranging from Kitchen Disasters and Prep Playlist to Southern Roots and Tales from the Road. Panelists and moderators will be announced in July.

Music City Food + Wine Festival ticket options include a Saturday Day Pass, Sunday Day Pass, Harvest Night Pass or All-In Pass; all attendees must be 21 years of age or older. 

The Saturday Day Pass and Sunday Day Pass ($150 per person) include single-day access to Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21, festival programming at Public Square Park, including cooking demonstrations, wine, beer & spirits tastings, intimate panel discussions, book signings and Saturday's Grand Taste tents.

Harvest Night ($225 per person) passes are available for the first-time as a stand-alone ticket option.  Hosted at the Walk of Fame Park in downtown Nashville, Saturday's Harvest Night will offer guests the opportunity to sample signature dishes from over 15 of the nation's most decorated chefs, paired with live music, curated by Kings of Leon.

The All-In Pass ($500 per person) enables guests to experience the full weekend of Music City Food + Wine Festival, including access to cooking demonstrations, wine, beer & spirits tastings, intimate panel discussions, Saturday & Sunday's Grand Taste tents, Saturday's Harvest Night (held at Walk of Fame Park), and a one-year FOOD & WINE Magazine Subscription (US Only).
