Musume, which offers the largest sake selection in all of Texas will be serving a 6-course all Vegan menu paired with Sakes hand selected from Musume's Sommelier Mychal Trujillo (formerly of FT 33). The guest speaker for the night is US ambassador of Gekkeikan Satoru Ito. This dinner is sure to please seasoned Vegan Veterans as well as pleasantly surprise traditional diners who have not ventured into the Vegan world. The dinner and sake priced at $75 per person will feature food prepared by Musume's executive chef Ken Lumpkin. The half-Japanese and half-French born chef specializes in exceptional flavors that he was introduced to as a child growing up in Japan and mastered while cooking in Memphis & New Orleans.
