GREENWICH, Conn., Jan. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Muthanna Investment Company, a Kuwait-based investment firm, announced today the joint venture acquisition of two office buildings 100% leased to the U.S. Government. The properties were acquired through a recently formed joint venture with Elman Investors, Inc. of New York.
