FAIRMONT, W.Va., March 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MVB Bank, Inc. today announced the launch of MVB Wealth Management Solutions (WMS), a dedicated professional team offering one-on-one financial planning to existing and new MVB clients with wealth analysis planning, asset management, individual and group insurance, retirement services, estate planning, bonds, annuities and charitable trusts. This new service is an outgrowth of MVB Bank's expanding community banking client base and demand for wealth management and investment advisory consulting in the West Virginia market.

Overseeing the management of WMS is veteran investment advisor representative and banking executive Samuel A.
