Former hhgregg eCommerce Leader Joins Fast-Growing Digital Marketing Firm

INDIANAPOLIS Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Craig "Dodge" Lile, founder and president of one of the top 10 music Web sites and former eCommerce leader at hhgregg, has joined Raidious as Director of Interactive Strategy.

Lile served as hhgregg's eCommerce Marketing Manager from 2002-2010, helping grow online revenue 800%, doubling traffic to the hhgregg website on a year-to-year basis, and grew its email list by more than 2000%. He spearheaded current social media programs for hhgregg including components such as Facebook, Twitter, Learning Center and blogs.

Launched in 2004, My Old Kentucky Blog ( is a well-known resource for fans of local, regional and international indie music, with more than 3,000 unique visitors daily. Lile's site led to a weekly hosting gig on Sirius XM satellite radio's channel XMU. Lile's show is part of the "Blog Radio" series, the most popular series on the channel. He is also active in record production as President of Roaring Colonel Records. His concert promotion company, MOKB Presents, puts on approximately 100 concert events per year in Indianapolis. He will continue his work with the website, his radio show, record production and concert promotion.

Lile is on Metromix's List of the Top 50 Influential People (2010), a 2010 Nuvo Cultural Vision Award Winner, and a sought-after speaker at music events and festivals.  He is a University of Evansville graduate.
