Just in time for National Ice Cream Day on July 20, the brand is launching Mochi Ice Cream Sandwiches—mochi ice cream balls hugged by two soft cookies—inspired by the Gen Z consumer seeking multi-textured, joyful eating moments.

The first two flavors—Strawberry Mochi Ice Cream and Sugar Cookie and Vanilla Mochi Ice Cream and Chocolate Chip Cookie—will be sold as 2.45-oz single-serve sandwiches for $2.99. They will launch exclusively on Gopuff, the leading instant commerce platform popular among younger shoppers, offered first to its FAM members as part of a National Ice Cream Day promotion.

Orders for frozen "Chunks, Bites and Dough" increased 220% on Gopuff year-to-date in 2025, compared to the year prior, demonstrating increased customer interest in poppable frozen treats within the already popular ice cream category on Gopuff.
