• Signed a $250,000 development contract with Ticker Logix Inc.
• Delivered the first revenue in the company's history
• Completed full development of CupomZilla.com.br
• Expanded application to Argentina under the CuponZilla.com.ar banner
• Significantly enhanced our work-force
• Enhanced our search marketing division to include Google re-marketing display advertisements
• Expanded our SEO department to focus on VSEO development
• Acquired the Mingle Suite technology
• Dramatically increased shareholder liquidity

On October 16, 2012 the company acquired the Mingle Suite technology and announced that it will be taking the service offline to focus on further enhancements. We are pleased to announce that we have made significant progress with improving this innovative technology, which allows users to manage multiple social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter & Google Plus. We have also added several unique features that the company plans to unveil through the official launch.
