MYSTIC, Conn., Feb. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Shutters & Sails LLC announced today that it has joined the CENTURY 21^® Franchise System and will now do business as CENTURY 21 Shutters & Sails. The company will continue to provide full-service real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout southeastern Connecticut, Fishers Island, New York and Rhode Island, and it will now benefit from the world-class marketing, agent learning and educational resources, and technology and productivity tools provided through its affiliation with the iconic CENTURY 21 brand.

Broker/owner Laurie Finan brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to her role, where she leads a team of 13 agents, specializing in both residential properties and Fine Homes and Estates.

Finan got her start on Fishers Island, where she saw a need to serve a unique community, which is predominantly generational and dominated by second homes. Her team has since expanded to two additional offices in Mystic and New Haven, Connecticut.
